Education and Age Requirements

The required level is HSK 4 (180 or above) for majors in Science, Technology, Management, and Economics, and HSK 5 (180 or above) for majors in Humanities, Social Science, and Philosophy.

English-taught Program

  • For programs taught in English, you need to submit a TOEFL or IELTS transcript. Generally, the TOEFL score should be 80 or higher, and the IELTS score should be 5.5 or higher. However, if your last educational institution used English as the language of instruction, you can submit a language certificate from that institution instead.
  • Applicants from countries where English is the official language are exempt from providing proof of English language proficiency.

Required Documents for the Dalian University Scholarship
