However, JAMB is an acronym Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). This body authorize is in charge of the Nigerian entrance examination board for tertiary-level institutions.
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board conduct an entrance Unified Tertiary Matriculation examination for prospective undergraduates into the Nigerian universities. Also, the platform ticket response takes up to 24-48 to respond exception on weekends.
How to Use Contact JAMB from the Support System
To use the central online support system, you will have to use these steps below:
- Visit the JAMB Support portal at https://jamb.gov.ng/support.aspx.
- Click on the “Create Support Ticket”.
- You will see a pop-up message asking if you’re a candidate or you want to complain about a candidate, so you can make your selection.
- Fill out the form and click on the “Send” button.
- Key in your transaction ID and use the correct Email address.
- You will get a reply mail from JAMB from the ticket submitted.
- You can check if your complaint has been answered at https://support.jamb.gov.ng/candidates-support/my-tickets.
