Jim Ovia Scholarship Foundation
The Jim Ovia scholarship program was founded in the year 1998. The students eligible for the program get support for their undergraduate and graduate study for the duration of their programs, tuition fees, and maintenance allowances.
Since October 2010, Mr. Jim Ovia has invested over 100 million, Naira in the program to support 1500 students.
Eligibility Criteria for the Jim Ovia Scholarship Foundation
There are some criteria attached to the scholarship program applicants must know before they apply for the program. Below is the list of eligible criteria:
- The applicant must be from Africa.
- The applicant must be residing in Africa.
- Candidates must exhibit a strong academic record and a penchant for high achievement.
- Students must demonstrate a financial need.
- Candidates must present an active record of youth leadership within his/her community.

Required Documents for the Scholarship Program
The following documents are required for the scholarship program to submit a full application for the scholarship program. Please note all applicants are to scan all original documents. See the list of documents:

- Original JAMB result certificate.
- A valid student ID card for your host institution.
- A passport photograph.
