She Code Africa x Grow with Google Scholarship 2023
Here is a list of scholarships for African women and girls who are interested in upskilling across the following fields:
- Data Analytics.
- IT support.
- Cybersecurity
- E-commerce and digital marketing
- Project management.
- UX design.
With no prior relevant experience or degree required, this scholarship is a 5-month/20-week intensive program that will provide you the chance to obtain the skills you need to launch or grow your tech career.
Benefits
- By taking part in this program, you will have access to resources such as employability workshops designed to help you land internships, monthly check-in calls from the SCA team to create a positive learning environment for you, and community support from other students.
- You will receive a career certificate upon program completion.
Eligibility
- Possess the ability to demonstrate your basic knowledge or abilities in the chosen field.
- Be accessible for calls to check in once a month.
- Be able to finish the selected course in five months or twenty weeks.
- Have a functional laptop and be able to access the internet during the program.
- Become involved in the She Code Africa community (keep in mind that applications for community membership are reviewed for one week, and in order to be approved, your application must show a suitable level of trustworthiness).
- Priority consideration will be given to applicants who are new to the program or who are at the entry or mid-levels of their selected tech tracks.
Application
- Keep in mind that the form does not support storing progress; make sure you allot enough time to finish it and submit it in one sitting.
- Before submitting your answers, proofread them for typos or other mistakes.
- Make sure that you turn in your answers by the deadline.
- Completing the application could take up to fifteen to twenty minutes.
