How to access Workday from a computer or mobile device
To log in, you will need an active WPI account.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Before you can access Workday, you must have completed the MFA setup.
For quick access, add Workday to Apps on the Hub homepage or open one of these locations in a web browser: https://portal.office.com, http://workday.wpi.edu
Then, sign in with your WPI email address and your WPI password. You will receive a code through the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) method you defined. Enter the MFA verification code provided.

- Download the mobile app from your device’s app store.
- Browse for Workday and enter WPI for the company ID.
- Log in with your WPI email and password.

To sign in, do the following:

- Select the “workday login” tab.
- Scroll down the page and click on the “Login to Workday” button.
